POLICIES

Payments for your invoice can be made by Cash (preferred) or PayPal (fees may apply). A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is due at least 48 hrs. in advance to confirm your rental. The remaining balance is due upon arrival of the shoot. Cancellations are unfortunate, however deposits will not be refunded. Please be sure your shoot is a go before confirming your rental. In some situations rescheduling may be possible if done at least 48 hours in advance as long as the reschedule date is available. Additional services such as early equipment drop offs or additional time needed beyond scheduled rental time will incur additional fees. Overtime must be discussed in advance… 1 hour maximum.

Half-day rentals available Monday through Friday 9am-5:45pm. There is no half-day pricing on weekends.

The Renter agrees to leave the studio in the condition it was found, or a $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged.

There will be a $100 per hour charge for overtime.

We highly recommend insurance. This protects both parties from any unforeseeable accidents. We do require you to sign a waiver relinquishing Brenner Photo Productions and Peter Delorenzo building management of any and all liability and legal issues.
